Welcome to Nice Bites! These tasty snacks are also referred to as energy bites, protein bites, or bliss bites, they are a nutrient-rich, healthy snack. They are made with energy-boosting ingredients and ‘super foods’ to provide both protein and sustained energy. Nice Bites are excellent with coffee for a mid-morning snack, or as a sweet treat after a meal, or as an energizing pre-work out snack.

Carol infuses a smidge of joy with a pinch of love to create naturally nourishing foods that we hope will fill you with healthy and abundant energy. We find the intentional acts of selecting, chopping, stirring, and preparing foods for ourselves, our family, and our community enriches our lives and stirs us on our own paths toward a life filled with peace and self-care. All our ingredients are organic and locally sourced whenever possible. We hope that you enjoy these blissful and naturally nourishing treats as much and we enjoy making them.
